Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping (4-7 business days from shipment) is FREE for all domestic orders $35 or more and $3 for orders under $35. For international orders over $35, we offer a flat rate of $8 for most countries. We use USPS for delivery on our end. Please see FAQ on international shipping.
Can I change my order after I place it?
If we have not processed and shipped, you may change your order. Our goal is customer satisfaction. If it has been shipped, we will work with you to make your experience satisfactory. We do process orders as quickly as possible, so please send a message immediately if a mistake is made.
I have not received any communication regarding my order.
First, please check your spam folder. Then message us via our 'contact us' via email, text, FB messenger, or Instagram. You may receive a confirmatory text if a mobile number was used rather than email. If there is a delay in receiving your product, please message us in either format.
My package is missing, What should I do?
If you feel there is a delay in receiving your order, Please check your tracking number and contact USPS. If it seems that the delay is on their end or contact us if the tracking does not appear. We are human and may make mistakes.
We try to verify addresses before shipping when Shopify and USPS notify us of possible difficulty with the address provided. We do not require a signature but are not responsible for the product once it is delivered to the address you provide.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many international addresses. For orders over $35, we offer a flat rate of $8 for "most" countries outside the US. We use USPS for delivery on our end. we ship within 1-3 days of purchase and it takes 1-3 weeks on average for delivery. To date, we have had no issue with shipping to Canada, Belgium, The United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, or Spain.
Please be aware that depending on your country, you may have to pay additional customs fees or duties when you receive your shipment. Because Zazzy Bandz is a U.S.-based company, we, unfortunately, have no control over these charges or how they are collected. These fees are set by individual governments and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are not familiar with your country’s policies and taxation practices, please check before ordering. For more information on how these fees are calculated and why they're required, please contact your local postal service or government office. We are willing to work with you for items to be shipped to any country, please message us with your request.

We take no responsibility for the package once it passes from the U.S. Some countries do not have reliable delivery systems and we will ship only after direct communication with the buyer and shipping fees are paid.
How do I return the product for a refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Zazzy Bandz, we will gladly refund the purchase price when you return the merchandise. Please message us by text, email or messenger to request a refund. We suggest USPS First Class Package for the lowest shipping cost. For proof of your shipping and our receipt, please include tracking. Feel free to use the same envelope or box your headband/s arrived in (or any appropriate envelope). ***You will be refunded the purchase price upon receipt of the returned Zazzy Bandz.***
The original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds/Exchanges: DOMESTIC (within the U.S)
We have a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee for all purchases. Please contact us (zazzybandz@gmail.com) before returning your merchandise.  In most cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it.  We request a note stating the reason for the return. 
Refunds (if applicable)
We will email after receiving and inspecting the returned item, notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credit applied to your original method of payment within 14 days, usually, it is processed quickly upon receipt of the item(s).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund credit within 2-3 weeks, please check your bank account or credit card company, as it may take some time before it is officially posted, and processing times vary.

Return of Sale items (if applicable)
Your verified purchase price (retail, wholesale, or discounted) will be refunded plus any tax as applicable. 
PRIZE Award
During a promotional, the winner of a Zazzy Bandz or a gift card cannot redeem the prize for cash.  There is NO CASH VALUE attached to a promotional prize given as an award from Zazzy Bandz.
Damaged Goods Upon Receipt
It is outside our control what happens during shipping and delivery, however, should your merchandise be defective and/or damaged upon receipt, you must immediately take a photo to document the damaged /defective merchandise. The photos MUST include the stamped date from your camera (or smartphone), otherwise, we cannot accept responsibility for refund or replacement.  With the dated photo documentation, at our discretion, we will replace it with equivalent merchandise or refund your purchase price.  You must notify us by email (zazzybandz@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receipt of the defective merchandise including the dated photo and a description of the problem.  Please do NOT return your item until you have communicated with us.

Gift Returns/Refunds
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible for a credit only for the price paid for the merchandise (and tax, if applicable).  For returned “gift” items, a gift certificate will be emailed (or mailed) to you.  The certificate will be valued ONLY for the price of the product paid at the time of purchase.  It does not include shipping costs. Contact us for special situations.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund (if applicable) to the gift giver. I.e.  Refunds are processed only to the credit card account used for the purchase.
