Shipping
We take no responsibility for the package once it passes from the U.S. Some countries do not have reliable delivery systems and we will ship only after direct communication with the buyer and shipping fees are paid.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee giving you time to try out your new products. If you need to return your item for any reason within 30-days of purchase, we are happy to provide you with a full refund (minus shipping).

During a promotional, the winner of a Zazzy Bandz or a gift card cannot redeem the prize for cash. There is NO CASH VALUE attached to a promotional prize given as an award from Zazzy Bandz.
It is outside our control what happens during shipping and delivery, however, should your merchandise be defective and/or damaged upon receipt, you must immediately take a photo to document the damaged /defective merchandise. The photos MUST include the stamped date from your camera (or smartphone), otherwise, we cannot accept responsibility for refund or replacement. With the dated photo documentation, at our discretion, we will replace it with equivalent merchandise or refund your purchase price. You must notify us by email (info@zazzybandz.com) within 48 hours of receipt of the defective merchandise including the dated photo and a description of the problem. Please do NOT return your item until you have communicated with us.
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible for a credit only for the price paid for the merchandise (and tax, if applicable). For returned “gift” items, a gift certificate will be emailed (or mailed) to you. The certificate will be valued ONLY for the price of the product paid at the time of purchase. It does not include shipping costs. Contact us for special situations.
